It was with great success that the educational forum of the International Conference Network (INCON), INCON University, was held in Athens Hilton Hotel, 26-27 September 2009. This 2-day closed meeting, hosted by AC&C International, INCON's exclusive Greek partner, along with the INCON Board of Directors Meeting, focused on the financial aspects of events' management and was attended by 8 senior staff of INCON member companies along with 4 observers.

Among the key topics of the University were financial systems & auditing, group consolidation, risk management, VAT & taxes, procurement & suppliers contracts as well as financial management tools & software. Both University participants and observers were eager to exchange valuable ideas and knowledge to further promote mutual education. 

During the INCON University, Mr. Konstantinos Ntroukas, Financial Manager of AC&C International, member of the C&C International Group of Companies, made an interesting presentation on the company's new technologically advanced ERP and CRM software, stressing its core functions and highlights and how these have improved both the planning and the day to day work in the company.

The educational programme was enriched by some exclusive social events including a private guided tour to the New Acropolis Museum, a joint BoD & University guided tour to the Museum of Cycladic Art (N.P Goulandris Foundation) followed by a gourmet dinner in the Museum's premises, as well as an entertaining "Athens by a night" tour offering guests the opportunity to taste Greek delicacies in the vibrant area of Gkazi.
