This was the message of all the speakers who participated in the first day of the 56th FIABCI World Congress which was held in Athens Hilton Hotel between 30 May to 3 June 2005.

The 56th FIABCI World Congress was the biggest professional real estate event held in Greece and was attended by 700 leading experts in the area of real estate worldwide (USA, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Germany, France, Spain, UK, Italy, Australia, Africa and others).

The congress delegates had the opportunity to listen to the views and perspectives of high-performing real estate professionals and experts from around the world, gain first hand information on the potential opportunities arising in emerging markets, engage in high-rank networking and locate potential business partners around the world.

The dynamic 56th FIABCI World Congress closed with an exceptional Farewell Dinner held at the enchanting "Nassioutzik" estate. While enjoying their dinner with Greek delicacies, guests were pleasantly surprised by a group of traditionally dressed Greek dancers, who danced down the hill, passing through the tables, showcasing the history and local customs of Greek regions and "dragging" everyone to the dance floor. C&C International, as organizer, had a "hard time" trying to get participants into the buses for their way back to the hotels.

During the Closing Ceremony, the President of FIABCI, Mr. John Greig as well at the Secretary-General of the federation, Mr. Bruno Crosby, stated that the 56th FIABCI World Congress was one of the most successful events in the history of FIABCI and congratulated the Local Organising Committee and the Official Congress Organiser, C&C International for an excellent organisation.
